Responsibilities:
• Manage of contracts and new business development
• Ideally used to dealing with rent a car operations -FZ C-government-tourism companies
• Planning of services and repair programs
• Do the reports weekly and monthly basis
• Check the availability vehicles in all locations
• Value of assessment of the fleet, the capital value and depreciation rate
• Knowledge of After-sales operational issues and maintenance package
• Assist customer in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
• Communicate customer requests to management
• Promptly assists any customer who enters the dealership showroom
• Demonstrating (test driving )new and used vehicles with customer
• Understanding the importance of customer service
• Attending all scheduled meeting and sales
• Maintaining a prospect development system
• Follow the company policy and procedures
• Ensure providing best customer service
• Communicate customer requests to management
• Deal with customer complains effectively and promptly
• Check the flow of the store on weekly basis
• Ensure the store is well merchandised commercially and visually as per the standards
• Train and evaluate trainees
• Disseminate tasks and orders to employees
• Operate POS system and ensure cash up report balances
• Follow the company policy and procedures
I have studied a literary high school , I am a specialist in hospitality and services .
