Manage the procurement functions related to the offices and studios such as production of
The Voice, House of Talents, Project Runway, Top Chef, Little Big Shots, Driven, Livestyle,
Arabs Got Talent, The Wall, Arab Idol, Dream, Formula 1, Joelle Show...
• Manage the procurement functions of the films making and video clips related to MBC
Studios & SHAHID across all the group: UAE, KSA, Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan, Poland,
Georgia, UK and Portugal…
• Execute all procurement function to ensure that the highest quality products are purchased
at the best possible price. (more than $30M per month related to production, CAPEX and
OPEX)
• Manage and control the RFPs, RFQs, RFIs and bids process; obtaining bids from vendors
according to the specifications set by the standards and/or corresponding department head;
determining the best possible price for the desired items; and placing orders for all
equipment, material, service and supplies
• Generate and analyze weekly and quarterly reports on project progress, savings, materials
purchased, delivery schedules, challenges, delays, problems, and other related matters
• Prepare the Procurement’s Business Plan in-line with the Group Strategy Plan
• Represent the company in exhibitions and congresses to ensure that we are buying the latest
technologies and the best products and services (IBC Amsterdam, CABSAT Dubai, World
Procurement Congress London
Procuring and purchasing the fabrics related to the RTW and HC garments and accessories
• Manage and monitor the production and delivery of the finished goods and accessories to
their designated clients in MENA, Far East, America and Europe (6 collections per year)
• Manage and control the procurement activities of the Head Office in Beirut and Paris
• Fields of specialty include but not limited to:
• Logistics: shipping instructions and documentation
• Security Systems: Anti-shoplifting, CCTV, fire, intrusion, access, barriers, tracking.
• IT: Equipment, accessories, networking, POS, VOIP, attendance, portable media
and power systems.
• Consumable items: Paper, plastic, stationery, cleaning material and packaging.
• Printing: offset and digital
• Travel: tickets, hotels, transportation
• Furniture: Desks, chairs, shelving, stands, mannequins, Plexi display as well asappliances.
• Hardware: Sewing machines, vehicles, scales, generators.
• Services: Cleaning, guarding, landscaping, equipment maintenance,
Examine and process company and shops purchasing requisitions and reports. (portfolio
of 94 shops and 3 main warehouses along to the Head Office departments)
• Zara, Massimo Dutti, Boggi, Decathlon, Pull & Bear, Bershka, Mango, Uterque, MaxMara, Marella,
Sunglass Hut, SuperDry, Argo Tea, Promod, Oysho, Salsa, Mango Touch, Stradivarius, IQube…
• Responsible for all aspects of services contractual agreements and renewals.
• Budget and shop openings (Le Mall Saida, ABC Achrafieh, Le Mall Dbayeh)
• Manage a large portfolio of local and international suppliers
Managed senior accounts including review of business and marketing plans; forecasting and
achieving quarterly sales targets; and managing sales and inventory data.
• Endorsed the complete Microsoft Solution range to educate and influence accounts by
providing technical and e-business solutions to the banking, financial, educational and retail
sectors. (Internet Banking, Trading Platforms, CRM, Financial Portals and Websites…)
Alfa (Alfa Graduate Program)
Developed and analyzed a web application of the technical telecom infrastructure of the
company across all the Lebanese territories.
• Alfa graduate program was a leading and a first-of-its-kind training program in Lebanon that
addressed high potential university students in their final year.
Data entry and file management of the student’s records, transcripts and official documents.
