Responsible for Assets Protection department, with it’s 5 divisions (Loss Prevention, Security, Inventory Control, Inventory Planning, and Health & Safety Environment)
Managing the daily functions of the department to ensure protection of property assets, employees, and customers.
Maintains logs, certifications and documents required by law and standard operating procedures.
Position focuses on securing sales profits through applying best controls
(Sales + Loss Prevention = Good Business).
Cooperating with the LP team to ensure the overall protection of company assets including company property, monies, merchandise, employees.
Specific job responsibilities include:
Investigate any (security/safety/loss-related) incidents and prepare detailed reports concerning matters investigated.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of existing physical security & safety equipment's such as
CCTV, access control, firefighting, fire alarm, burglar alarm, and EAS systems; ensures that all systems are functional at all times.
Coordinating with other departments to develop, implement and monitor facility/employee safety programs.
Enforce performance and behavioral compliance to the organizational work rules, policies and procedures.
Deliver safety/security training to new hires during orientation process.
Reviews & approves all Assets protection's outsourced service contracts, including (CCTV, Anti-shoplifting, Intrusion, & Firefighting systems).
Review & approves all payments of all outsourced service providers.
Review all Security Guards reports, evaluating their performance up to the stated KPI’s in coordination with Security Guards Senior Supervisor & the delegated location managers.
Audit Cashier’s standard operating procedures, including (Over amount deductions, Sales receipt procedure, & refund/exchange procedure).
Develop monthly checklist for all CCTV equipment, & alarmed doors to ensure that they are fully functional.
Conduct hiring interviews to recruit new Security Guards & CCTV Controllers.
Working with management and employees to develop, implement and review controls, procedures and policies to reduce shrinkage, maintain and safeguard all Company assets. Loss prevention duties are held with a focus on deterrence and prevention in all times.
Essential Responsibilities:
Supervising CCTV controlling team activities.
Following-up all security systems installation & Maintenance job orders, including (CCTV, Anti-shoplifting, Intrusion, & Firefighting systems).
Conduct a live test for Firefighting systems, & checking fire extinguisher expiration dates.
Conduct Petty cash inspection visits country-wide, including cashier cash register count.
Conduct regular & periodic (Head office based) training for new comers, & (Location based) training for active managers and employees. Training topics includes (security, safety, & shrink fight matters).
Responsible for organizing inventory screening & reconciliation actions, to ensure an effective control and update of inventory figures are always in place.
Essential Responsibilities:
Automatic Stock Transfer (AST) monitoring, control, & discrepancies adjustment.
Contribute in the entire physical count, cycle count, & any kind of inventory stock taking actions.
Guide & assist inventory coordinators at the store/DC levels.
Insures effective execution of inventory job tasks, focusing on the pre-settled objectives.
Store to store (S2S) monitoring, control, & discrepancies adjustment.
Rush order creation.
Prepare & submit inventory monthly statistical reports.
Inspecting of Disposed/Stolen items at store physically.
Negative sales investigation & adjustment.
To review, submit, & post to the system; all kind of reconciliations including monthly reports (Disposed, Damage Salable, Stolen, slow moving items, & return to supplier “RTS”) up to the inventory standard operating procedures.
Follows proper key control guidelines in Inventory Control.
Compares identifying information and counts, weighs or measures items of outgoing shipments against Packing List, Invoices, orders etc.
Affixes shipping labels on packed cartons.
Maintains Inventory for shipping materials and supplies.
Verifies and records outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment.
Leading & assigning job tasks to a special team who was in charge of handling clients data through:
segregating, arranging, scanning, & archiving all related documents. That mission was done in order to create a computerized backup version of all bank’s most important information.
Conducting advertising promotional campaigns, Distributing procures, Distributing free product samples, & Demonstrating the item’s specifications.
Leading and sharing Customer Service Crew in to establishing an integrated Customer Service Satisfaction through Organizing and Simplifying work activities.
