- Managing accounts and following up on new and existing projects.
-Supervising and supporting the sales team and assisting Plant Manager in managing the department tasks and the plant’s workflow.
- Making sure that each order should be perfectly processed internally (being the link between sales, prepress, design, production and finishing)
- Informing the clients and the sales department of every
changes/updates regarding the company's products and the clients'
orders in process
- Following up on each order with all the departments in the company to assure the best quality in the shortest time possible
- Fixing problems regarding any order internally and directly with the client and trying to find the best solutions to satisfy all the parties concerned (all departments, suppliers and clients)
-Communicating with clients by phone and handling their debt issues.
-Was responsible for students’ insurance and National Social Security Fund.
-Data entry and filing of students insurance records.
