• Coordinated and implemented a bottom-up reform agenda for the Lebanon projects in line with the log frame, policies, and strategy. Supported national events and 10 community projects in partnership with civil society organizations. Developed and applied Monitoring, Evaluation,
and Learning (MEL) frameworks, reviewed reports and provided capacity-strengthening assistance to partners.
• Liaised with ministries, local authorities, and political parties, ensuring effective communication and visibility of DRI's mission through a comprehensive communications plan. Maintained a positive public image through media outreach and events.
• Assessed donor landscape trends, built relationships with donors and partners, and ensured timely submission of high-quality reports, fostering transparent and accountable communication throughout project implementation.
• Provided technical expertise on Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI), ensuring equal gender representation in various initiatives.
Managed consortium partners and implemented female political participation programs in MENA, funded by the British Embassy and Porticus. Ensured accurate financial planning, supervised senior experts, developed MEL frameworks, and contributed to project proposal development.
Additionally, led research on women's political participation in Lebanon and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) has been conducted on the analysis of led political economy. This research aimed to uncover the barriers that women face in participating in political processes and how economic factors play a role in shaping their opportunities for engagement.
Managed SFCG sub-office in Akkar, overseeing daily operations and stakeholder collaboration. Designed Inclusive Governance project activities, ensuring financial planning and compliance with donor regulations. Analyzed conflict dynamics in target communities for social cohesion.
Effectively collaborated with project partners, led supervision and capacity-building efforts for ICLA team assistants, conducted informative sessions for Syrian refugees in northern Lebanon, and supervised information collection and monitoring at various levels.
Ensured the efficient implementation of activities focused on Collective Site Management and Coordination, protection, community mobilization, psychosocial support, individual case referrals, and awareness sessions, while also guiding a team of field officers.
