Prince Mohammad Bin Salman College of Business and Entrepreneurship is the first of its kind in Saudi Arabia, established in partnership with Babson Global, and currently offering an Executive MBA program.
My main role in the marketing team is to provide written content for all of our digital campaigns, including social media (@mbsckaec), landing pages, and email marketing.
I also keep track of our progress and report analytics using Buffer for social media, Google Analytics for web and landing pages, and Constant Contact for email marketing.
One of my main responsibilities is briefing graphic designers, photographers, and web developers on our campaigns and content requests, and keeping them aligned with our ongoing projects.
I am also responsible for the College's social media accounts community management on all platforms to increase engagement and leads.
Part of my role entails serving other departments for internal and external content needs, and edit written content for quality assurance.
Virtual College is an an online learning platform, which mainly focused on bespoke courses.
I worked here part time while I was pursuing my MA in Leeds. My main task was reviewing and editing Arabic translation of online courses and administrative texts, and ensuring accurate localization to the target culture, within the Quality Standards department.
After two months of employment, I started supporting the team with English proofreading for various courses, as well as performing quality and narration checks. I also got to learn basic HTML skills while supporting the Marketing team in posting online blogs.
My 10-month long experience here was very enriching and fulfilling, both on a professional level and also culturally, as I got to know my colleagues closely and be part of many occasions.
