Responsibilities:
Staffing & Training: Boosted staff performance through improved training and accountability. Conducting daily orientation,
briefing and performance review. Proactively launched motivational initiatives, such as coaching, development classes, weekly
staff performance meetings, and daily shift meetings. Trains Staff and Managers on effective management techniques, some of
