* Planning preventive maintenance and scheduled corrective
Maintenance on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
* Coordinate and perform quality assurance of the ongoing works
* Follow up and manage financial recourses for the project.
* Maintain complete and accurate contracts’ requirements.
* Manage financial / non-financial risks of the project
* Attend periodic meetings with customers.
* Study and evaluate workforce productivity.

Check the operation of fire fighting vehicles.
* Coordinate and communicate with the customer such as: receive
the complains from the customer and reply to them.
* Make a preventive and periodic maintenance of the system.
* Maintenance of fire fighting vehicles:
* Check and repair the pump system, valves, axles … etc.
* Check and fix the function of the pneumatic systems.
* Check and fix the function of the hydraulic systems.
* Check and fix the electrical systems in the vehicles.
* Programming computerized parts of the system.
* Inspect, repair and program the electronics of the firefighting
system.
* Hand over the vehicles for the client with full testing and
commissioning for the functions of the system.
* Training on the field: operation and basic steps in maintenance.

Supervision of all electrical works in “DEVELOPMENT AND
UPGRADING OF CORNICH AND WATERFRONT (9 km) in Jeddah,
KSA.
* Shop drawings review for Electrical Items such as:
* Medium Voltage System
* Low Voltage System
* Telecommunication System
* Single Line Diagram
* Panel Board Schedule
* Supervision for the conducted works on site by following the
approved shop drawings.
* Following up electrical activities by coordinating with other
disciplines such as Civil, Architectural, Road infrastructure &
Mechanical departments.
* Ability to review power calculations for the electrical systems
using related software such as Ecodial, Matlab and other
programs.
* Ability to analyze and inspect the contractor installations and
give corrective comments in order to satisfy client
requirements and produce quality work.
* Preparing reports demonstrating site condition with
instructions to conduct the remedial actions if any.
* Assuring relations with main and subcontractors.
