1.3 Manage and supervise the installation process of the information Systems.
1.4 Negotiate and provide purchase order request for Vendor IT and ISP
provider interface/connection.

2. IT Project :
2.1 Defining specific system implementation plans, scope of work, cost
(ICT Cost, one-time Setup Cost, Direct OPEX Cost) Annual Overheads
Cost (GBS, Server Support, Regional IT, Global IT, Common Software).
2.2 Schedule estimate for all Project Delivery System and Information
Management related activities. (Primavera, PowerBI, GBS-Oracle EBS)
2.3 Developing and establishing the Project Information Mangement Plan and
ensuring the whole project Team understands their roles in the effective use
and execution of the plan. (EDMS, MDR, Invoice)
