My responsabilities are:
- Planning contracts schedule and overhead with the CEO.
- Recruiting and managing all employees within the UAE. (scheduling flights in and out
as well, including visas in uae).
- 30 employees involved in the production including 1 accountant.
- Reviewing numbers with the accountant and providing main office (usa) with monthly
report.
- Controlling quality of production.
- Dealing with US Government Inspectors on time of predelivery for the products.
- In charge of all technical developments for clients in the middle east and other clients depending on the company needs.
- Training and coaching clients / workers about the newly lunched products, their installation and proper handling.
- Collect data for submitted claims by every client and follow up with the plant foe c complete.
- Supervise the assembly of newly designed frames and BRG. (Bullet resistant glass).
- Prepare and provide presentations for varios technical topics.
