Project Manager. Senior Application Consultant

Reporting to the CSSO (Chief Support services Officer)
In addition to the responsibilities of the “Sr. Applications Consultant SAP FI-CO”.

1. Directs the planning, budgeting, and operations of the department.
2. Coordinates project initiation, prioritization, and information technology resource allocation.
3. Provides technical leadership for administrative systems.
4. Be responsible for ensuring high quality SAP applications services to the users.
5. To provide applications strategy & direction on all SAP services.
6. To ensure all SAP application services are available within the prescribed services levels.
7. to discuss and agree functional and technical demands and appropriate solutions with Project Managers

Reporting to group CSSO(Chief Support services Officer) with prime responsibilities of:
1. Managing SAP R3-FI-CO (Finance and controlling) project implementations and rollouts.
2. Taking over the responsibilities of SAP R3- Materials management, sales and distribution and part of the Project system.
3. Providing consultancy and implementation support.
4. Mapping organizational structure and business rules into system structure and rules.
5. Developing and customizing new system functionalities and reports to fulfill business needs.
6. Compile training material and build test case scenarios.
7. Conduct key user trainings and supervise end user trainings.

Reporting to the head of the competence center with prime responsibilities:

1. Manages project risks in accordance with established Project Management methodology.
2. Provides leadership for the development and maintenance of a high performance project team.
3. Contributes to the Project Central database.
4. Organizes time effectively and determines the right resources needed to effectively perform job assignments.
5. Developing and customizing new system functionalities and reports to fulfill business needs.

1. Assigned charge of the SAP FICO module. /MENA Region
2. Function as Team Leader for FICO in the MENA region.
3. Management and maintenance of good business relationships with key accounts with prime focus on
4. Ensure close coordination with business to understand specific needs and provide innovative IT solutions.
5. Development of a professional IT team with focus on planning, development and delivery.
6. Has overall responsibility for the successful of implementation, upgrade and/or remedial projects,

Reporting to CFO with prime responsibilities:

1. Overall responsibility for the successful implementation of Exact financial system
2. Corporate Emailing system (Exchange server)
3. Comply with the corporate standards and make sure all IT Policies are followed.
4. Comply with copyrights policies and licensing requirements
5. Network security (Anti Virus deployment & updates)
6. Maintain the application “Exact” as well as SQL server.
7. Control the security and Access rights of the application
8. Trains users and provides them technical and business process support.
9. Computer network (Lan)
10. Data backup and recovery
