Duties:
• Participated in all phases of the interior architectural design of mixed-use developments, various types of buildings for projects undertaken by the firm starting from concept design till handing over the project - in Qatar.

• Responsible for reviewing and responding to all clarifications, materials and shop drawings submittals in compliance with tender specification and project requirements to ensure the quality of works in accordance with the time frames and mile stones.

• Responsible for monitoring and managing site supervision team in compliance with the Project Specification and QCS, checking of documentations related to the works and reviewing of the contractor's monthly valuations and reports.

• Preparation of all required control logs to monitor the contractor and subcontractors performance for the sequence of work and to identify delayed activities to deploy all required efforts and corrective actions.

• Coordinating activities of various trades to ensure the execution of works in proper way and complying with the design and Projects documents.

• Preparing drafts of site instructions and all clients' requirements.

• Preparing replies on the consultants and subcontractors correspondences.

• Preparing and conducting regular weekly, bi-weekly and coordination meetings with client, consultant and suppliers to monitor and enhance the quality and performance of executed works.

• Monitoring the material deliveries to site to ensure the quality and compliance with approved material submittals.

• Responsible for snagging/de-snagging and preparation for handing over requirements such as the as built drawings operation and maintenance manuals, warranties, and spare parts.

• Responsible for preparing handover completion certificates and related closing out documents.

Duties:
Put the conceptual design for several types of projects by making sketches and moods for my clients that meets their needs in their properties, also supervise the rendering team to make sure that the design is as I wanted to be, then work with the FF&E department to make the write selections for the design spirit, then finally visit the site several times to make sure of the details and execution phase.
