‐ Manage the scope for 4 contracting companies each have a scope of different units types.
‐ Monitor and control the project progress in all stages for the contractors on site, which
include the structural skeleton & finishing stages.
‐ Preparing status report by collecting and analyzing data on site for providing information
about project performance and helping to take corrective or preventive action to keep
progress on its baseline.
‐ Monitor the quality work to be as specified, check method of statement for each activity
to be fulfilled on site and preparing NCR for any defects being appeared on site.
‐ Identify engineering problems and ensure solutions are implemented.
‐ Studying all submittals ( shop drawings, quantity surveying, RFI's and time schedule)
which sent by contractors to be matched with the construction on site & to be matched
with the designed drawings.

‐ Repair work for old houses such as redesign of stairs and fixing cracked cantilever.
‐ Finishing work for offices and houses
‐ Interact with state and local agencies to ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
‐ Set as build drawings for houses according to The law of reconciliation

- Provide guidance to contractors regarding schedule, procedures, scope of work and
other information requirement.
- Plan and organize monitoring of contractor’s activities.
- Review activities of subordinates to ensure field operations are adequately monitored
and all necessary tests and inspections are conducted.
- Review problems with contractors to determine whether actions proposed are adequate
for resolution.
- Assist in prepare a detailed work program and establish material procurement schedule.
- Review planning engineer progress reports and advice on all issues affecting project
completion, particularly quality, costs and schedule.
- Review construction drawings and resolve any discrepancies with technical office.
- Displayed strong communication and interpersonal skills while visiting client’s job‐site to
support project.

- Coordinate for infrastructure work between mechanical and electrical department.
