• Develop and direct implementation of goals, procedures of the Planning and Control functions.
• Participate and assist the project management team in preparing the Project Methodology for execution to achieve the project deliverables for both time and budget.
• Risk management for the different packages.
• Develop and direct the Preparation, updating, monitoring and reporting the Master Programme includes all packages and phases as planning, construction and closing out.
• Manage and incorporate variation and change orders into baseline programmes.
• Interfacing management between the different packages.
• Arrange and participate in leading the weekly planning and control meetings internally and with the Engineer.
• Review, comment and respond the planning correspondence according to project strategy.
• Evaluate and figure out the project progress based on Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and KPIs for major activities.
Reporting on time any variances and delay notices for preparing an EOT using different delay analysis techniques such as “Impacted as Planned”, “Time Impact Analysis”, “Window Slides”, “As Planned Versus as Built”, etc.., and to recommend corrective and mitigation measures.
Developing systems and maintaining records that provide for the proper evaluation, controlling and documentation of assigned activities; preparing and directing the preparation of a variety of written correspondence, reports, procedures, directives and other materials.

Project labor histograms
Project short term programs as required (weekly & monthly)
Recovery and revised program
Weekly and monthly progress reports
Monitoring and co-ordination of all project activities according to the Baseline Program
Review and follow-up of subcontractor's programs and coordination with the Project Construction Program
Initiation and follow through of all planning related correspondence to the Consultant and Subcontractors
Attendance of all site progress meetings with the Consultant and presentation of any required project details
Prepare and issue of the time impact of variations to substantiate the claims
