Conduct different types of marketing activities that varies from “EVENTS, CRM and loyalty
programs, on-ground activation for OTC products).
 Develop and execute marketing programs to promote the company's brand.
 Setting the marketing plan for assigned brands including new objectives, strategies and
tactics.
 Recommend new “Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients - APIs” to be launched according to
supportive IMS data.
 Launch new products starting from strategic planning to tactical activities.
 Build and enhance relation with KOL to get their insights about real opportunities for
product growth as well as testing promotional message before mass promotion to other
customers
 Prepare promotional material for the promotional team and communicate to the supply
chain.

 Prepare product forecasts, and constantly monitoring inventory levels to ensure supply timelines.
 Follow up and prepare all materials required for the “Customer Relationship Management -CRM programs.
 Provide the sales team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the product via printed and electronic promotional material, medical and product training, and relevant clinical papers.
 Set with line managers targets of the assigned products according to market analysis and product growth.
 Develop and track budgets.
 Follow up regularly and closely the products updates on: internet, IMS and Market analysis..
 Drive profitable sales, brand growth, and loyalty for a number of business areas by setting creative and innovative marketing tools.
 Monitor and evaluate metrics to measure the efficiency of the Marketing plans.
 Design market research projects to assess customer attitudes to the current product range and new product introductions either through conducting this research with in-house staff or manage an outside agency.
 Present a regular updates about the assigned products during cycle meetings (product strategy, new campaigns, new materials, market overview…).
 Provide advertising and marketing support for special community outreach projects, such as community lectures, medical campaigns, and educational programs, collaborating with community outreach coordinators and other internal or external resources, as necessary.
 Manage the participation in scientific conferences (participation budget, booth activities, symposium, and the related speaker for it).
 Organize and attend meetings (Standalone meetings, RTDs AND universities meetings) through managing the budget, number of attendees, place, speakers, transportation and any other requirements for meetings.
