my job is a maintenance and spare parts warehouse manager at PELLICONI Egypt (multi - international) factory
For the metal crowns production for the glass bottles.
Responsibilities: -
1. Manage the cycle of electrical and mechanical maintenance for the machines.
2. Apply the preventive maintenance schedule.
3. Do a connection between pelliconi Italy and Egypt for the maintenance working.
4. Responsible for the warehouse of the spare parts and mange it by SIGIP (before) and SAP (now) system.
5. Arrange with the outsources for some working as welding, IT, Turning workshops…. etc.
6. Arrange with EL-HAGGAR for the monthly maintenance for the compressors (Kaiser).
7. I am doing all the maintenance for the chillers (electric, water and refrigerant circuits).
