• Works on customer's requisitions and analyses them in detail to determine required equipment specifications and models.
• Maintains price lists up-to-date, including the latest price changes.
• Calculates prices of required deals based on price lists, pricing policies, discounts and tops after discussion with his manager.
• Prepares quotations as required in conjunction with concerned sales representative and ensure that all technical and financial elements are covered as required by customers and approved by sales management.
• liaises with sales representatives to follow up all issued tenders.
• Maintains files for different offers.
• Prepares detailed cost analysis for particular deals as required by division management to guide in negotiating prices with customers.
• Reports to sales support manager on quotations prepared monthly.
• Gathers information on suppliers’ prices and terms to be used in quote preparation.
• Review customer entry forms; ensure that they are technically adequate pricing sheets.
• Familiar with (DEALER.CAT.COM, SIS, TMI, SIMS & QuotePlus)
• Performs any other related duties as required.
