•Direct and manage all Human Resources activities to ensure legally sound and effective human resource management practices. Responsible for the development and implementation of human resource programs to include wage and salary administration, leave administration, recruitment and staffing, and employee communications. Interpret and recommend personnel policies and regulations for the organization. Reports directly to Nile Sugar CEO, Cooperate with all departments, divisions to accomplish the mission and objectives of the organization.
-Implementation of Oracle HR & Payroll Modules from high level analysis to the implementation phase.
-Implementation of Time Attendance System.
-Prepare Personnel Budgets VS Actual expenses & variances reporting.
-Initial Public offering of stock ( IPO ) HR Preperation.
-Establishes the company salary structure, Implement Grading System, Job Families, pay policies, and the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raises. Establish pay practices, consuct salaries surveyes.
-Payroll Preparation on Oracle System, End of Services entitlements, vacation & Bonus accruals.
-Develop up to date HR Manual and roll out of group policies & Procedures such as Vacation policy, transportation, Travel Policy, mobile policy, car policy...etc
-Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee’s resignations.
-Talent Management & Succession planning for potential staff.
-Selects and supervises Human Resources consultants, and training specialists, and coordinates company use of insurance brokers, insurance carriers, pension administrators, and other outside sources.
-Conducts a continuing study of all Human Resources policies, programs, and practices to keep management informed of new developments.
-Direct the administration of benefit programs to include: Medical insurance, Life Insurance, pension scheme.
-Contract with Vendors to provide employee services, such as catering, transportation.
-Protects the interests of employees and the company in accordance with company Human Resources policies and governmental laws and regulations.
-Resolve labor disputes, protests & Grievances
