- Advises the management team to bring best HR Employee Engagement and HR Services solutions to Saudi Diesel

- Maximizes and monitors Saudi Diesel Employee Engagement programs / events
- Manages all HR Employee Engagement and HR Services projects across Saudi Diesel, for example: compensation and benefits reviews, reward and recognition programs, performance improvement plans, etc.
- Acts as the leader of the Saudi Diesel HR team.
- Develops HR team members so that they can become HR managers of the future.
- Oversees employee grievances & counselling.
- Carries out any section related tasks as may reasonably be requested by the GM.
- Represents the MetCal department Commander on all On Job training matters.
- Liaising with all secondary departments and training the trainees to ensure that the training programme is being adhered to.
- Audit all training functions and programs.
- Conduct monthly meetings with departments heads regarding training issues and solutions.
- Represents the MetCal department Commander on all on job training (OJT)
- Liaising with all Secondary department and Training department to ensure consistence training programme is being adhered to.
- Conducts 90 days Staff Assisted Visits (SAV) to all sections.
- Conduct monthly meetings with Work Centre Supervisors regarding training issues and solutions.
- Administer Phase Tests for trainees within the MetCal organization.
- Train the trainees in deferent levels to receive the required knowledge and experience to become a quality PMEL technicians.
- Working in electrical metrology (DC/LF, Time and Frequency, and RF/Microwave) for the Royal Saudi Air Force Metrology and Calibration Wing, Secondary Calibration Squadron.
- Basic Precision Instrument Calibration Course (level 3)
- Undertook on the Job training (OJT) to reach ( level 5), in the calibration and repair of a wide range of electronic equipment, with some experience of Temperature and Mechanical measurement,
- Completed two Years of consolidation training to gain more detailed experience,
- Undertook and completed advanced on the Job training (OJT) in instrument calibration to reach ( level 7).
- Coordination with Govt. Relation on Administration related Matters.
- Loan application. Preparation of fixed assets transfer/ disposal documents.
- Monitoring and arranging timely renewal of Passport. Arrange manpower thou local manpower suppliers.
