• Monitoring, tracking and developing O& M Strategic Implementation Plan in order to ensure the operational excellence, mitigate risk and minimize the cost.
• Monitoring and developing Asset Performance Plan and implementation to ensure the best Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Monitoring, tracking and developing OPEX with Operation & Maintenance Division.
• Preparing, implementing and monitoring asset criticality program of existing Sewer Network, Treated Effluent Network, Pumping Stations and STP to ensure the critical equipment and assets are operated efficient performance, provide all the spare parts required and set PM plan accordingly.
• Monitoring and tracking Asset Disposal requirements and communicate it with stakeholders and concern parties.
• Prepare, suggest and monitor a short term plan for Outside Muscat to meet people requirement as well as to save environmental issues.
• Review and update all operational strategy activities and ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
• Initiate and update all related O&M strategies, procedures and standards.
• Support GM- Asset Management and Planning Manager for developing and updating the Master Plan.

Since I started to work within Haya Water, I had gained a deeper knowledge in process technology, operation and maintenance in wastewater and that was a great opportunity for me to widen my technical and practical knowledge and experience. I have a deep knowledge on commissioning of Seeb STP as well as decommissioning and disposal of old existing STP and Pumping Station. In addition, I had a new challenging roles and critical responsibilities under AM Division listed below:
1. O& M Strategic Implementation Plan Monitoring.
2.Monitoring Budget utilization for O& M of existing assets.
3. Develop Project Charter for initiating projects as per the master plan and follow up with concern parties.
4. Support on CAPEX program.
5. Review Master Plan.
6. Update and Monitor Private STPs Implementation Plan and follow up with concern parties.
7. Review and Monitor the Rehabilitation Program of SN, TN, PS and STP.
8. Prepare High level Objectives for Operations & maintenance.
9. Update and monitor asset criticality program of existing SN, TN, PS and STP.
