AS a service Leader, my role consists of the following tasks:
Job design and process including Sales order and materials issuing from the warehouse;
Job briefing and debriefing with engineers in charge of jobs;

Follow up on service delivery and service quality;

Under broad direction, coordinates and oversees the Service Tools service line work at the well site and field camp, handling the more complex, hazardous, and/or high profile jobs providing quality service to the customer. Provides the planning necessary for the job including instructions to the crew and equipment used, including dispute resolutions to approved levels. Ensures customer satisfaction with work performed. Coordinates and directs the activities of service personnel during the rigging up and rigging down on a location of service line equipment and the assembly and preparation of equipment for installation, running, and service of a job. Coordinates the cleanup, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job. A plan, monitors instruments, provides documentation and performs necessary calculations for the total job at the well site as needed to assure quality of data/job. Evaluates individual performance levels of the crew and trains operators to improve their job performance. Responsible for development and leadership of Service Tools services PSL profit center within the NWA. Manages processes to ensure job site execution as designed. Follows job site performance with customer. Maintains performance measures and documents results and best practices. Monitors day to day operations under the guidance of the Service Coordinator, promotes HSE and acts as the HSE Safety Officer. Makes rig site visits to check for operation and HSE compliance. Skills are typically acquired through completion of a High School Diploma or GED and 5-7 years of experience as a Service Specialist III which includes experience in all Service Tools disciplines, and management experience. No more than 20% of the Service Leader's time is spent on the well site.
