• RFP: participated in the technical analysis by evaluating the vendors proposals and vendor screening
• RFP Analysis: played a major role in the price analysis for over 1000 price category and providing the required reports for screening and price negotiations.
• Price negotiation: participated as (procurement role) in price negotiations with vendors which lead to price reduction and a 2nd proposal from screened suppliers.
• Signing global framework agreement with 4 major suppliers.

• Project Manager: lead tech-refresh project to renovate the IT windows infrastructure to replace existing expired rack mounted servers with virtualized blade centers to support enhance the performance and support the future demand.

Engagement & Accomplishments:
• Created a complete change management process and procedure to carry out the monthly planned service interruption shut down window which was utilized to support upgrades, enhancements, project implementations, hardware replacements.
• Lead an interruption team: Lead an interruption team from all IT departments to set the required action plans for each shut down and to avoid any overlapping and/or communication issues.
• Reporting: participated in SMT meetings and provided reports for each shut down window and recommendations.
