Sr. Business Analyst at ARASCO - Ensiab Program whish is a
business excellence initiative aims to improve ARASCO's practice,
processes, and technology. The initiative includes new ERP
implementation and business process re-engineering/improvement: Requirement eliciting and Process mapping
o Collecting, understanding, and transmitting the business requirements for the project based on detailed discussions with the SBUs.
o Translating these into functional specifications for the IT teams to understand.
o Document workflows and results of business analysis and obtain sign-off from SBUs on the specifications.
Customer management/Interface
o Managing customer relationships by participating in SBU meetings
o Constantly get customer feedback and communicate to the rest of the IT team.
o To provide the link between the customer, rest of the IT team and any third party regarding software/ERP functionality, throughout the development or implementation lifecycle.
o Prepare test cases based on the business requirements
and perform User Acceptance testing (UAT).
