>Review training needs analyses, employee development plans, and the corporate training plan to identify knowledge development opportunities \n>Identify training materials required to support approved professional qualifications and order suitable supplies in proportion to the number of trainees. \n>Propose learning resources and coaching/mentoring programmes for approval by the Training & Development Manager. \n>Develop and maintain the training materials and e-learning library, including defining and maintaining categorisation schemes. \n>Monitor staff achievements, perform periodic performance appraisals, and provide guidance or coaching to direct reports in performing their delegated duties. \n>Ensure that all direct reports acquire the competencies for effective performance in their roles, through appropriate training and professional development \n>Optimise the use of personal and team time/effort in carrying out assigned duties, to ensure work meets agreed standards for timeliness and quality. \n>Develop guidelines and materials to support coaching and on-the-job training, in complement to the approved training catalogue \n>Deliver manager training, respond to queries and advise managers on the application of on-the-job coaching and mentoring methods
Manage and develop a professional team of Training and Development Specialists to deliver high-impact learning experiences to employees in multiple locations.
Develop and implement standard processes across the Training and Development Team
Coordinates training and design resources across multiple projects
Work in partnership with management to identify and implement targeted training programs to improve skills and operational expertise using a mix of delivery methods.
Work with internal subject matter experts to develop and facilitate training.
Conduct needs assessments, and confers with management, to determine training needs and priorities.
Review and analyze the results of qualitative research to ascertain the level, type, delivery method and resources for training.
Evaluate training program, and instructor effectiveness, by collecting and monitoring established metrics and gathering feedback from a variety of internal and external customers.
Develop assessment tools and certification processes for employees post-training.
Manage scope, budget and schedule of each training program.
Coordinate with Human Resources new hire and employee development programs.
Work closely with Director of Learning and Performance to ensure
Ensure that the necessary resources for training are available when required.

Assisting customers with enquiries. \nGuiding customers to the person in charge of their needs. \nHelping customers filling up forms. \nTaking responsibility for ordering necessary office supplies.
