• Providing direct assistance to the Sr. Commercial Manager to undertake commercial and contract administration.
• Preparing preliminary and detailed cost estimates to establish project budget, cash flow projections and financial statements to monitor and control project cost and conducting cost reconciliation to meet client’s cost requirements
• Assist and provide legal consul to client on all legal and contractual matters
• Providing analysis and review of cost/budget information from Primavera P6
• Developing and preparing computer generated cost reports, diagrams, charts, etc.
• Tracking and correlating job cost reports to the approved WBS to ensure that costs follow the approved allocation methodology
• Overseeing cost planning/control reporting with particular disciplines and departments
• Reviewing payment applications against the BOQ loaded with the schedule as a basis for the payment on monthly bases
• Pre-qualification of Tenderers
• Assisting with the preparation of the main contract (and nominated sub-contracts) tender documents and reports
• Preparing contract documents as directed by the commercial manager
• Analyzing change order values against an approved budget and preparing reconciliations to include in current forecast.
• Performing EAC and ETC analysis for all cost elements within a project.
• Coordinating with stakeholders prior to start of work
• Undertake quality audit for the contractor’s works
• Ensure all relevant quality procedures/approvals are implemented
• Conduct quality check and site inspections on all Civil Works
• Issue observation reports and, in conjunction with quality staff, NCRs
• Ensure that Corrective & Preventive Measures are undertaken by contractors with respect to all NCR
• Evaluate technical competence of subcontractors and prequalify those able to perform the works allotted to them
• Reviewing Work Method Statement against required standards and oversee execution
• Liaise with and coordinate between contractors and pertinent authorities to ensure permits and site access sequencing for each phase of the Works.

• Attend meetings arranged by the Consultants and Client to discuss Payment, Variations and other contractual matters directly related to the Project
• Review Final Accounts and Applications for Payments prior to submission to the Employer
• Reviewing contractor’s monthly report.
