o Responsible for developing product, pricing, channel, process & marketing strategy to maximize NII and NFI for Personal Loan and Revolving Credit
o Develop strategies to increase Revolving Product usage
o Identify and prioritize opportunities for portfolio growth within current product mix
o Designing and implementing campaigns/promotions to increase ENR/ANR.
o Implementation of portfolio initiatives in coordination with the cross functional stakeholders
