• Fully Responsible for Buying & Sales of relevant products.
• Visits of RD Owned Outlets (Nation Wide) for Product Training to Sales Staff and to improve the Product display and POP at Brand Shops.
• Resolve the issues of RD Outlets regarding Stock Availability, Pricing, and Policies etc.
• Targets Setting Outlet wise, Brand wise, Product wise based on Season and Events.
• Lock Yearly / Monthly Buying & Sales Targets.
• Finalize Yearly Contracts with Suppliers.
• Sales and Supply Analysis to identify the low performing Outlets.
• Focus on Low Performing Outlets, identify reasons of low sales and provide solutions.
• Retail Competitors Market intelligence to compete markets.
• Budgeting for Promotional Schemes, and launch these Schemes to boost sales and to motivate Sales staff.
• Prepare Presentation for Monthly Board of Directors Meeting.
• Coordination with Marketing Team to provide POP & Training Material for RD Outlets

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, addressing their needs and providing personalized solutions.
