Maintaining Enea WIFI server Aptilo for AAA authentication.
• Coordinate with vendor regarding product new updates, bugs and upgradation of vendor product performance
• Troubleshoot and administered Aptilo product on WIFI technology
• Apply MDT’s and verify MOPS received by design department.
• Monitoring graphics, logs, hardware for maintaining the costumer traffic and maintaining server hardware.
• Doing monthly PMR for the health check for all the server hardware.
• Open the tickets for the fault and coordinate with different department to solve the issue.
• Apply GUI based changes as required by the costumer.
• Using variety of tools to support the costumer (CMS, BMC, PMR, etc).
•Using WinSCP for retrieving server TCPdump and analysis data through wireshark.
•Support L1 engineers for any troubleshooting as well as delivery department, design department for any queries regarding server upgradation or MDT’s.

• Incident handling, Level 1 support and co ordinating with Level 2 support to troubleshoot.
