• Repair and troubleshoot different kind of HP printers specially HP Laserjet, HP ColorLaserjet and HP Deskjet printers.
• Key experience in the diagnostics, repairs and troubleshooting of electronic malfunctions.
• Undertakes major and minor repairs of the components and main board level of PC’s.
• Install and configures operating system such as Windows XP, Vista, Windows7, Windows 8 & Windows 8.1.
• Troubleshoot and isolate the printer problem connected in the Network.
• Install or download computer applications.
• Assemble computer parts.
• Do network maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Check the capacity of the computer.

• Organize Job orders using Remedy software.
• Coordinate and provide technical support to users particularly at remote site to determine condition.
• Identify system components and assemble functional systems, develop and implement preventative maintenance plans, configure data storage devices, optimize memory, use multi-meters and lab tools, knowledge of and practice lab safety precautions.
• Maintaining an accurate log of necessary maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain a proper coordination between RSAF (Royal Saudi Air Force) and the Company.
• Provide weekly, monthly and pending report for the Company to monitor the amount of delay for each pending devices.
• Prepare and maintain records update of systems configuration, measurements and provision of circuits, stocks control and inventory of spares to support the users.
• Assist users in pinpointing and recovering from PC virus attacks. As well as minimizing if not eliminating subsequent attacks.
• Assist in the evaluation and selection of computer hardware / software to be purchased by our clients.
• Communicate with clients about the computer condition.
• Advise proper care of computer and the best computer programs and brand.
• Offering technical support on-site or via phone or email.
In this role I report to the Manager, my responsibilities include maintaining quality of access network and devices at RSAF Airbases.
Responsibilities:
Technical reporting and log analysis
Fault investigation to all types of network issues
Access Point configurations & centralized management of WLAN via Cisco WLC 5508
Maintaining Technical documents of network design
Configurations backups & IoS upgrades
Lead PM team of 5 members
Train PM Team on maintenance of devices like switches, routers, UPS etc.

I report to the Shift Manager in this role, my responsibilities include maintaining quality of access network throughout kingdom, resolving real time issues within strict deadlines set by the operator. Meeting vendor requirements and minimizing operator penalties to null through proper resource management and coordinating efforts of team members.
Providing NMS support for all transmission related faults aiming to reduce the MTTR and increase the Network Availability.
Comprehensive analysis of BSS & RAN network performance reports generated by OMC-R
Producing stage plans, highlight reports, risk logs, requests for change etc.
Providing strategic direction during the tasks & implementation stages.
Managing operator expectations by ensuring the delivery of the highest quality service and monitoring performance of the tasks

Configuration & troubleshooting of routing and switching equipment within BSNL
Remote troubleshooting of remote network infrastructure
Escalating issue to the L3/Onsite network engineer upon hardware failure
Prepare report on all network issues its status and resolution to the Operations Managers
