Managing 8 direct and 13 in direct reporters in KSA East Region to implement right activation in around 4500 POS vs targeted brands and SKU's through
retailer by educating and rewarding programs.

- Leading Trade-Marketing activities: Plano-gram management and implementation, visuals orders and implementations, display units, display-counters deployment, TPOSM and category management projects with top Key Accounts.
- Handling/leading all new product launches, revamps, morphing etc... at trade level : launching plan, universe segmentation, promotional materials, budget allocation, trade team allocation and dispatching, trade briefing and market implementation.
- Responsible for the development/enhancement of current/future trade programs for optimum efficiency and delivery of objectives.
Took part of /Lead the implementation of the PMI’s Commercial Approach project (projected form PMI’s strategic sales department in Russia) in KSA which increased PMI’s market shares in main cities like Dammam, Jeddah, Riyadh, Hafer, on going in Hassa & Arar.
Orchestrating the different team’s execution and progress tracking, analyzing census data and provided a very powerful analytics that helped the different teams (Distribution, Trade Development, Retail Engagement and Consumer Engagement teams) to identify the right touch points to activate and right brands to communicate.
Conduct a continuous market visits for different channels targeted to the different field functions to ensure the right execution in place and validate the census and analysis results in real terms
- Leading two major Trade Programs in East Region from defining targets to finalizing payments with Finance Depatment..

- Preparing & analyzing quarterly regional progress data & PPT.

- Analyzing KA COT reports to relate the growth & SOM with competition & existing PM Brands (Marlboro, Parliament, and L&M etc) & coordinating with other departments CE, RE & TD to perform right marketing activities in chosen KA.

Coordinating with distributors & Analyzing Sales of all PM SKUs by brand & reporting to management on weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly basis.
Created & Maintained Product Picture Library (PPL) for PMI.
Analyzing OOS report.
Raising PR for different projects.
Tracking new launches sales & analyzing market, sales with new SKU’s.
Setting sales targets for the VIC customers on quarterly basis & finalizing payments on the basis of achievements over target.
Gathering, Analyzing & Preparing PPT for different projects.
Responsible for auditing destruction of expired products & reporting back to Management.
Time to time visiting different territories and regions for market survey.

Budgeting: Participated in creating the annual budget for SHB and SHB capital.
Participated in creating Asset - Liability Management Committee (ALCO) Meeting report for growth, profits, expenses, revenues for the SHB.
Participated in creating Monthly Divisional Performance Report (MDPR) for SHB regional & branch offices throughout the Kingdom to find out their performances monthly & annually.
Capitalization of Fixed Assets. I capitalized half of the existing projects for fixed assets in the EPU division of Financial Department. Major tasks I performed in this regard includes the following:
