1. Overseeing warranty claims operation for 16 branches.
2. Analyzing warranty request from branches and providing warranty approvals.
3. Verified the repair order was in compliance with the dealer warranty and policy guidelines and procedures and ensured timely and accurate processing of the claims.
4. Reviewed labor operations for unnecessary or overlapping labor Applied proper damage codes to each repair
5. Completes the documents required to process the claims, forwards them to the manufacturer/supplier and follows up.
6. Ensures that the amounts claimed correspond to the criteria of the manufacturer/supplier
