- Leading and navigating financing structures, ensuring compliance and smooth operations while maintaining financial stability, enabling timely project execution, and preventing costly financial discrepancies

- Delivering financial closure of Red Sea project with a value of USD 1.6 billion providing utilities to the Red Sea tourism destination.

- Securing financial closure for the largest photovoltaic (PV) project in the region, boasting a capacity of 2.6 GW and a total investment value of USD 2.2 billion.

- Generating $7 million in value through the successful execution of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for ERP implementation, taxation, insurance, IT services, corporate services, and manpower solutions

• Worked in an Asset Management firm that manages all type of asset classes both locally and

internationally such as Private Equity, Public Equity and Real Estate. The firm is regulated under the

Capital Market Authority, it is licensed to deliver five services in Saudi Arabia which are Advisory,
Custody, Administration, Management, and Dealing as Principal. I was registered in the Capital Market

Authority under two positions; Finance and Treasury Manager
• My responsibilities were mainly the following:
✔ Finance, Budgeting & Reporting
• Review of annual financial statements for the company and its subsidiaries
• Supervision of offshore companies within different jurisdictions
• Review of monthly management report package
• Preparation of annual budget and supervision of budget monitoring
• Leading IFRS conversion project
• Leading VAT compliance project
• Managing Zakat annual filing and withholding tax monthly and annual filing
• Managing Zakat health check and optimization project
• Managing finance department daily and month-end closing activities

✔ Regulatory Reporting
• Ensure compliance with Capital Market Authority Prudential Rules
• Review of a monthly regulatory capital adequacy module (CAM) report
• Participate in preparation of annual business disclosure (ABD) report
• Participate in preparation of annual risk reports (Pillar II & Pillar III)

✔ Treasury & Proprietary Investments
• Managing treasury operations and working capital
• Managing banks relationships both locally and internationally
• Placing and negotiating Islamic Murabaha deposits
• Placing and negotiating Sharia FX hedging instruments

• Preparation of Sharia investments recommendations
• Preparation of financial valuation of Sharia investment opportunities

• Worked in one of the leading petrochemical companies in the Gulf and MENA regions. I was a member
of the Finance and Business Planning department in IBN RUSHD plant which manufactures polyethylene
terephthalate known as PET.

My responsibilities were towards the company's fixed cost budget preparation and monitoring, as well as
financial reporting to both the management and parent company. Also, participates in monthly closing activities and annual audit.

• Worked in one of the big four audit firms, it offers Assurance, Zakat, and Advisory services. I was a
member of the assurance team, my responsibilities were towards audit planning and carrying out analytical and substantive testing of clients' financial statements which were mainly in trading, contracting,
hospitality, construction and catering sectors. It also involved special advisory assignments in several
occasions. I also have had the cooperative training with Deloitte Khobar Office from July 2009 to January 2010 as part of my bachelor's degree graduation requirements at KFUPM.
