- Communication: Highly skilled ability to communicate effectively with superiors, colleagues, and staff either via emails, calls or skype.
- Business Intelligence and Analytics Systems: Very good in spotting, digging-out, and analyzing business data, such as sales revenue by point of sale and/or sales channel and/or number of passengers, or by market share percentage.
- Corporate Communication Briefing: Prepare EOL briefs (EOL campaigns briefs, homepages briefs, and feature story briefs), share the briefs with Advertising team/ Digital team and follow up to ensure all assets are ready for final approval.

- Follow up with Revenue Optimization Department to get the latest fares in order to update the Emirates home page and select destinations to feature them on the flash sale email on monthly basis.
- CUGO deals (Closed User Group Offer): Create the landing page including the offer information such as sales and travel period and terms & conditions.
- Salesforce: Update EOL activities on salesforce.

- Ensure the highest standard of customer service is provided to Emirates customers, provide them with details on Emirates fares and actively issue tickets and sell related products.

- Support Travel Agents by assisting them in making bookings with special arrangements. Advise and guide Travel Agents on quoting special fares and completing ticketing formalities. Fulfil Emirates online queries and other complex activities such as medical cases and special services.
- Deputise for the Customer Sales and Service Team Leader in their absence and provide help and support to junior team members and assist in coaching and development activities.
- Ensure that all necessary ticket related documentation is filed, time tables updated, brochures, sale and promotional material is properly displayed on individual counters and around thereby providing various options to the customer which will assist in increasing sales.
- Support the Customer Sales & Service Team Leader on closing the end of day sales and banking monies received.
- Whenever possible create a database of all potential customers and develop a personal relationship with them by regular communication.
