Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day activities of the VSC as defined in the function below.
Essential Functions:
Assists in the designing and implementing all security related functions for
network equipment. This includes user ID and password control, backup
systems and procedures, and disaster recovery plans and tests.
Troubleshoot Lan/Wan and network issues and coordinates/escalates issues
with appropriate staff for problem resolution.
Assists in coordinating security related activities with the Information System
Security Officer.
Document scrutiny & collection for visa processing
Supervision of Biometrics Officers and scheduling their duties.
Handling customer/applicant queries personally or via email, telephone
Maintain & record all application data
Handling of cash & bank related transactions if assigned
• To maintain the Broadband DSL installation, faults rectification and
Online support to Broadband Customers.
• To maintain the Patching of ASL & DSL in MDF Room.
• Complete knowledge of DSLAM System.
• Log, research and resolve inquiries placed to Customer Support, ensuring a high level of service & customer satisfaction
• Complete all communications with customers via email and phone
• Initiate escalation as appropriate
• Support team members in resolving issues through technical research
Responsibilities:
Maintain the Government and Private Hajj application form in computer system.
Responsible for checking, editing and verification of punched data on computer.
Submission of Machine Readable International Passport to Saudi Embassy.
Responsible for Passport Verification and Visa Checking.
• C/C++, Data Communication, Data Structure, Oracle DBA and System Analysis & Design.
