• In charge of the HR & Administration Department for smooth daily operation.

- Implementation of Internal policies and procedures
- Regular amendment for any new issues.
- Yearly Manpower plan (Addition / Reduction)
- Annual Budget from HR perspective.
- Performance Evaluation.
- Organizational Structure.
- Salary Scale and Grade Structure.
- Standardizing Job Descriptions.
- Regular Departmental reports.

• Verifying all employees issues and work process.
• Supervising and assisting all departmental staffs so that they perform their tasks properly.

To be responsible for planning, developing, executing and directing the talent acquisition strategies, processes and programs for the company. I am working closely with the Senior Leaders and HR department to anticipate the talent needs of the business. Also to be responsible for the development recruiting campaigns to define talent acquisition initiatives focused on building the employment brand in the business practice outsourcing market place. I'm providing leadership to support and vision to implementing an overall hiring strategy across to the company.
• Update current and design new recruiting procedures.
• Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance.
• Keep track of recruiting metrics for the time to hire and cost per hire.
• Implement new sourcing methods for the social recruiting and boolean searches.
• Research and choose job advertising options.
• Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques.
• Recommend ways to improve our employer brand.
• Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.
• Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations.
• Participate in job fairs and career events.
• Build the company’s professional network.
