• Handling Corporate Actions and Investors Queries. Provide superior client service to the clients to cater to their needs and ensure client satisfaction at all time.
• Managing the Subscription and Redemption of units of equity funds and ensure that dividend payments, redemptions are calculated accurately and timely payment is done.
• Liaising with audit team for the procedural compliance.
• Valuation of investments based on accepted valuation models.
• Monitor all the pending violations and transactions, as well as the problems and the disputes that take place.
• Coordinate with custodians and brokers, the Head Operations and Settlements to provide prompt solutions.
• Handling and over viewing investments outside domicile
