My duties include, but are not limited to:
• Responsible for the full recruitment cycle
• Managing the Recruitment Team.
• Mostly working on sales vacancies e.g. Sales Directors /Senior Sales Managers/Sales
Consultants/Brokers/Property Consultants and partially focusing on admin vacancies e.g. Leads Admin, Sales
Admin, Receptionist, Sales Team Coordinator
• Hiring all kind of nationalities from inside and also outside the country but mostly focused on Europeans and
Eastern Europeans candidates.
• Implementing the best recruitment techniques to ensure the smooth hiring process
• Making good relationship with the stakeholders and hiring managers to understand their needs and fulfill them
• Finalize and create job descriptions/profiles with Partners and Directors
• Keep up to date with any changes in business needs and change in market conditions
• Build and maintain strong and sustainable business relationships and networks
• Source experienced candidates from multiple sources, manage and maximize talent pipelines
• Manage the end to end recruitment process in line with the company standards and metrics
• Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance
• Implement new sourcing methods including Social Media Recruiting & Head Hunting
• Preparing & issuing the offer letters
• Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs
• Promote collaboration, trust and improvement between team members and across the People Team
• Provide support to all employees for any issues relating to their employment, maintaining high levels of
customer service when interacting with all employees
• Ensure data integrity and security of all employees and maintain all employee information with utmost
confidentiality

My duties include, but are not limited to:
• Responsible for the full recruitment cycle from Job Description to final invoicing.
• Sourcing candidates through various methods either from Jobboards or from different sites.
• Business development via cold calling and site visiting.
• Composing and posting job vacancies on various websites and Jobboards
• Maintain personal objectives set by line manager.
• Reference checking for candidates.
• Interviewing candidates and identifying strengths and weaknesses to then recommend to relevant clients.
• Arranging face to face interviews for clients and candidates.
• Negotiating terms of business and entrance to PSL.
• Requirements gathering from both HR departments and direct line managers.
• Negotiating recruitment fees (generally between 10-35%).
• Managing multiple client relationships and growing accounts.
• Compiling regular market reports and recruitment stats for specific clients.

• Utilizing advertising, online CV databases, company database, and social networking tools e.g. Ecademy,
Linkedin, DHA Search Service etc. (as well as traditional networking methods) to swiftly compile a candidate
shortlist closely matching clients’ specifications.
• Screening candidates through phone interviews and face to face interviews.
• Managing and administering the interview process.
• Managing the offer process, closing and negotiating with candidates and clients on employment conditions,
salaries and benefits.
• Delivering high levels of service and representation to all candidates.
• Generating warm leads for new business development.
• Documenting client, candidate and vacancy details on the database and on hard copy.
• Developing a strong commercial understanding of the IT, Healthcare and Civil Engineering.
