1. Preparation of the ITP and QCP for all the activities. 2.Monitoring all the activities of the raised RFI for the fulfillment of activities as per the project specification.
3. After I joined the company the quality standard were achieved as per the client requirement.
4.Attending weekly quality meeting for resolving the quality issues.
5.Monitoring the QSR and NCR for the project activities.
1.Monitoring daily QC activities of Sub Contractors, to ensure erection is in compliance with contract specifications, review of inspection and test plans and erection procedure to ensure the implementation of the project approved QA/QC procedures and standards are followed.
2.Identifying the test medium to be used for Hydro Test for Piping Lines in the Test Packages, inspecting the water to be used for Hydro Test as per the ASME B-31.3 Standards.
3.Inspection of all the types of punch before mechanical completion.
4.Inspecting line for any deviation from standard specification and generate punches.
1. All engineering related technical query communicating
with client and resolving the issues for construction, 2.Extraction of BOM.
3.Monitoring support fabrication.
4. Notification of Material requesting from construction
side to the purchase department and finding
of the quantity of material required .
5. And monitoring of the packages of hydro test for
progress .
checked all the blinds for equipment as per requirments.
checked the flange face for any damages on it. and if needed by client to do modification in the scope of work.
to do step by step inspection like pre, post & box up inspection for quality control.
• Find out essential places for Blinding/spading for equipment isolation and monitoring of
its activities with QC.
• Arranging the material required by consulting the QC .
• Supervise and inspect after repair in Heat Exchangers like Tube, Plugging, Seal welding of tubes, Hydrotest shell &Tube sides etc.
• Supervise Inspection of Drums & Vessels for its Mechanical Integrity, review of all Related activities & final Box - Up.
• Supervise Conduction of jobs like hydro test, pneumatic test etc
• Supervise the work completion in time according to scope of work and ensuring the quality of work.
Reactor unloading check for any faults and then loading & box up
• Involved in Column Piping Design, Pump Piping, Heat exchanger Piping, Cooler Piping, Vessel
Piping in PDMS.
• Modeling of Equipment’s, Piping & Pipe Rack in PDMS.
• Equipment Location and Nozzle orientation.
• Review & Checking with Vendor drawing.
• Routing of Small Bore and Large Bore Pipe as per P&ID & Piping Spec.
• Pipe rack piping, Utility piping, Vessel trim piping etc.
• Isometrics Extraction and Checking as per P&ID, Spec, Hook up.
• Worked on Design, Iso drawing Manager, and Drawing Manage.
• Checking the Clash Status and ensure Clash free Modeling.
• Designing & detailing of Platform & Ladder Assembly.
• Checking Isometric Drawings with Bill of Material.
• Re-issuing of isometrics by incorporating MTO, Process & Instrumentation comments.
• Updating of Markup P&ID's into Process Master.
• Model Review to check unit plot plan.
