• Managing a team of 19 employees who they are responsible of total yearly purchases and delivery of materials and services of around $65 M.
• Managing a budget, Freight Forwarding including charters, yearly $3.2 M.
• Materials Management Lead User in the e-system SAP.
• Key achievements:-
- Participating successfully in the production startup Nov 2009.
- Zero production loss due to procurement issue.
- Procurement function procedures, rules and polices development.
- Procurement team creating with roles and jobs description development.

• Managing a team of 14 employees who they are responsible of the procurement, contracts and logistics activities.
• Key achievements:-
- Zero revenue loss due to supply chain issue.
- Resolving the company customs issues with the government.
- Supply chain function procedures and processes development.
• Reporting to the Financial Manager, responsible for the logistics activities, Import/Re-export.
Procter & Gamble is the world’s leading FMCG Company operating in more than 80 countries.
• Reporting to the Plant Manager.
• Managing a team of 6 employees who they are responsible of the procurement, raw and packing materials planning and purchases, contracts and logistics activities.
• Key achievements:-
- Zero product availability issue due to purchasing.
- Continuous reduction in total delivery cost for raw and packaging materials with 10 to 12% yearly.
- Working Capital complete control for the raw and packaging materials.
