-Prepare checklists and schedule for implementation of the Preventive Maintenance Programs for the company’s equipment/machineries(electrical, mechanical and IT)
-Supervise/monitor the scheduled preventive maintenance works if done properly
-Troubleshoot problems on equipment/fixtures whenever necessary
-Attend to the requirements and concerns of the tenants specifically in the technical aspects to meet a satisfactory service as possible
-Assist in the preparation of yearly budget (Capital and Operation expenditures)
