• Financial reporting including monthly management accounts, annual financial statements, quarterly and annual budgets and variance reports, business financial metrics and KPIs for the company and their subsidiary companies.
• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans.
• Develops Finance strategy, plan and budget based on strategic objectives and business plan.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and conduction variance analysis to ensure corrective actions in a timely manner.
• Preparation and cross validation of the budget, invoices, control fixed assets, etc.
• Working with external audit partners, providing all details required in respect of the year-end audit.
• Manages all financial and business planning activities.
• Treasury operations management.
• Participate in creating, implementing, and updating Financial Control Policy in coordination with the Central Bank policies and regulations.
• Communicate with all Stakeholders for collections, change order approvals and billings.
• Share dealing (trading) transactions executed in the Stock.
• Exchange & prepare the hedging deals for foreign currency.
• Developing trade finance relations with banks and financial institutions.
• Effectively monitor day-to-day accounting transactions and monthly closing according to IFRS.
• Ensures payment of invoices, balance confirmation, security deposits are accurate.
• Manage the preparation of budgets and cash flow.
• Process and enroll the payroll.
• Ensures fixed asset register is maintained and updated periodically to record and account for the company's property and equipment.
• Constant review and improvement of internal controls.

• Directly involved in working with external auditors of the company coordinating and providing all details required in respect of the year end audit.

• Enroll the payroll, prepare the contract, prepare pay slips, and calculate the pay leave, pay invoices, control fixed asset, etc.
