Duties and Responsibilities:  Initiate and manage project continues improvement processes  Ensure that construction hazards and risks are considered during engineering design stage and the appropriate mitigation actions are implemented  Establish lessons learnt register and ensure proper implementation of recommended actions and mitigation plans  Prepare, implement and control mobilization / demobilization plans of recourses within the project  Conduct weekly meetings with client representatives to streamline understandings and ensure smooth operation of projects construction work  Train, develop and motivate staff  Assist in commercial and technical tender inputs  Assist in preparation of annual budget for the section  Control and optimize project man-hours consumption and ensure that overruns are justifiable  Propose and innovate new methods to improve efficiency and quality of work
