Monitor operation and abnormalities in LUBE-II refinery.  Counter checks the availability of chemical inventory & hardware and Carry out technical evaluation.
 Preparation of specs for new equipment/instruments etc.  Suggesting suitable measures for plant trouble shooting with coordination of other counterparts.
 Monitoring consumption of fuel, gas, and power, taking measures to minimize losses.
 In addition of the above, assignment given by the Departmental Manager on day-to-day basis are also performing as instructed.

Routine Jobs:
 Working as a team member of ASPEN HYSYS V7.3.2 for simulating models for FUEL and LUBE II Refinery.
 Line up of LUBEII Refinery.
 Review and analysis of plant operating parameters and performance of LUBE II Refinery.
 Inspection of the procured items in warehouse related to the operation / process department.
 Daily monitoring of products yields and providing the technical assistance in case of any abnormal yields / results.

 UOP PLATEFORMER CATALYST R56 Regeneration.
 Skimming (Loading/Unloading) of Cobalt Molybdenum Catalyst for Hydrobon Unit.
TURNAROUND OF LUBE II REFINERY (NOVEMBER 2012):
 DECOKING OF Vacuum Distillation Unit and Propane DE asphalting Unit Furnaces.
 LINE HYDRAULICS and Commissioning of cooling water line from LUBE REFINERY to FUEL REFINERY.
 Specs generating and technical evaluation of XV’s at LUBE II REFINERY.
