• Manage immigration processes for Saudi, Bahrain, Qatar, UAE, and other Middle Eastern countries in cooperation with HR Ops and government officials.
• Establish and execute immigration policies and procedures for the organization in compliance with government laws and regulations.
• Manage work visas, block visas, visa transfers, and dependents' visas across the MENAT region.
• Collaborate with different businesses to deliver on mobilization requirements for short to long term business travelers, rotational employees, Global Mobility, domestic or international relations.
• Facilitate entity set-up (company set up within the organization).
• Crunch data and provide timely reports to Middle East Management.

• Review and screen applicants and collaborate with clients to assure appropriate candidates, including meeting both technical and non-technical project standards.
• Supervise duration of applications and assure the on-boarding process happens efficiently and smoothly within the given time frame.
• Interview both technical and non-technical candidates for major industrial projects as per client needs and specifications.
• Manage queries about HR policies, procedures, entitlements, and benefits.
• Coordinate with GCC HR teams to advise on any new HR processes and/or modify current processes to seek continuous improvement.
• Maintain confidential, current, and historical records related to employees and the company.
• Liaise with Bahrain, Qatar, and Abu Dhabi offices for HR related queries.
• Direct and follow up with GRO/PRO and visa agents regarding all government related processes for new and existing employees.
• Coordinate with the travel agents for employee R&R, mobilization, and demobilization tickets.
