Currently, I am working as Assistant Manager Finance in the First Allied Pakistan Office, we established finance department in Pakistan due to cost benefit analysis and I am solely responsible for establishing and reporting to KSA management by handling a team of 4 to 5 junior and senior accountants we are using online software zoho books accessible from anywhere;

 Defined and implemented COA (charts of accounts) in the organization.
 Preparation of Financial Statements for the very first time (Income Statement and Balance Sheet) for the last 5 years for the year-end audit in accordance with IAS and IFRS applicable within the country.
 Later on, took initiative for the preparation of monthly financial statement for management decision.
 Conducted detailed Audit of Accounting information and transactions for the last 5 years along with current accounting period to ensure the data integrity in all financial reporting.
 Fixed assets management by tagging the assets and by maintaining fixed asset schedule to ensure these are properly accounted for into the books.
 Designed and implemented internal control systems specifically for sales, purchases, operations, debt collection, cash handling and receivable payable and complete documentations of every single activity and subsequently monitored.
 Dealing with day-to-day banking operations
 Receivables and Payables management of the company and monitor accounts to ensure these are up to date
 Inventory Management by monthly stock taking and ensure NRV test annually.
 Preparation and updating of prepayment and accruals schedules to ensure all related provisions are accounted for.
 Investigate various material transactions like related party transactions and transactions with huge amounts and implement a system of accountability for related party transactions
 Implement cash system which helps on cash base transactions to collect cash from sales team through secure and authoritative system to mitigate chances of delay in deposit, use of undeposited funds, theft and fraud.
 Responsible for Reconciliation of Foreign supplier accounts, Prepare the Foreign payment schedule and co-ordinate with Bank and issue the payments on time.
 Perform analytical procedures and Financial Analyses for the purpose of budgeting and forecasting, Prepare Budgeted & forecasted income statement on monthly basis, after keen financial analyses.
 Well aware of VAT and its implementation in business.
 Prepared and recorded asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information for Financial Statements.
