My position encompassed all aspects of Teaching & coordinating the department. Duties as follows:
• Teaching trainees various business & Airline Ticketing modules relating to accounting, marketing, small business management and etc.;
• Participated in the curriculum development process for Business and Airline Ticketing department
• Prepared trainees for internal & external assessments (CAPSTONE & CBT- SSS/TVTC) by using the LA system;
• Assessing and internal verifying the trainees' works and provide feedback or offer advice if the standards are not met.
• Coordination of activities related to the Diploma Program, which includes Business and Airline Ticketing Reservations and Operations courses;
• Review and evaluate courses of study with the rest of the academic leadership team;
• Class scheduling and Implementation of curriculum and perform other duties as assigned.
Taught students Business studies/Travel Tourism and Science units for different age groups and levels (UK curriculum-AQA, Edexcel and OCR program Trainees for GCSE, AS/A2 Level and undertook a wide variety of supportive, administrative, secretarial, human resources and financial tasks within the BEES organisation
My position encompassed all aspects of Accounts Management and Training for the above “World of TUI” companies as follows:
•Successfully handled key existing business accounts of large international tour operators
•Efficiently handled, planned and sometimes trained new staff including inductions
•Responsible for making initial contacts with prospective clients (tour operators / travel agents) and suppliers (hoteliers) to create opportunities to increase sales and secure new business
•Dealt with clients' complaints and investigated the ground handlers in order to give the satisfactory solution to the clients
