Job Specific Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for planning, organizing and controlling daily operation and responding to emergency complaints in electrical
distribution networks, substations and motors control center.
• Manage to plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance of 11/.415/.240 kV power distribution network.
• Conducted and reviewed project progress reports, final documents verifications & submission in expansion project.
• Responsible to ensure the integrity of assets and tools at their best possible condition.
• Accountable for managing & leading team, and achieving given tasks aligned to an organization’s policies.
• Ensure all the operation, hard and soft services are carried out in safe, secure, sustainable and reliable way.
Industry Specific Technical Skills
• Capable to carry out operation, switching & maintenance of various types of SF6 Ring Main Units (RMUs) in 11kV
network.
• Development of single line power, protection, and control diagrams for 33/11 kV GIS Substation, 11kV GIS switchgear,
motor control, 415 V switchgear/MCC.
• Comprehension to prepare detail design packages including wiring diagrams, equipment layout, cable schedules,
interconnections, power, grounding and lighting layouts.
• Conducted and reviewed power system load flow, short circuit studies, protection coordination, used voltage drop,
equipment sizing, lighting calculations and cable sizing.
• Contributed in developing reports to assess the progress of overall project.
• Composed articles which have been published in international scientific conferences, journals and book chapters.
• I am an invited reviewer of IEEE system journal where I reviewed and restructured many articles to assess and enhance
their quality; both technically and grammatically.
• Organized and analyzed the material to carry out research, develop, complete and update writing tasks.
• Developed technical and non-technical reports for high dignitaries in our own organization and clients.
• Developed standard operating procedures and document workflows for present and future process steps.
• Assisted in the preparation of computations and drawings for contract plans and reviews the designs from consultants or contractors to determine the adequacy of electrical schemes.
