Operations Management:
• Responsible for the stock management of fuel across 370 Euro Garage sites including BP, ESSO and
Shell;
• Monitoring fuel stock level requirements to ensure optimal levels delivered resulting in minimal
shortages;
Logistics, Scheduling and Procurement:
• Ensuring ongoing smooth operation of all fuel logistics;
• Continuously reviewing all areas to maximise improvement opportunities including network
optimisation and cost saving options.
Stakeholder Relationship Management:
• Meeting with relevant stakeholders on a monthly basis including external agencies (Hoyer);
• Maintaining cohesive timetable scheduling to enable efficient service provision across the network;
• Monitoring and discussing service level agreements, KPI achievements and operational issues;
• Working collaboratively to review root causes and establish mutually agreeable resolutions.
Reporting:
• Collating data for daily stockholdings; and producing reports regarding stock outs for senior
management review.

Successfully manage and coordinate graphic design projects from concept through completion
• Work closely with clients to create vision, conceive designs, and consistently meet business goals
• Create designs unique to each business and shop, reflecting the clients' visions within the deadline
• Create highly persuasive designs to aid marketing and sales techniques and goals
• Manage all operational and administrative functions in relation to the design functions
