 Commissioning of new pots / reduction cells.
 Bathup and early operations for preparation of new pots.
 General Operations like metal tapping, pot redressing, pot dressing, anode setting.
 Other operations like metal sampling, bath sampling, skimming, after and before metal tap measurements.
 Removing the defects during smelting process like anode effects, feeding and breaking system, checking of pot voltage / current / pot temperature etc.
 Maintaining of heat balance inside the pot / reduction cells.
 After completion of general and other tasks complete cleaning housekeeping of all the reduction cells.
 Good behavior to all of my seniors and juniors.

Chakwal Project

 Erection & Commissioning of Kiln, Clinker Cooler, CF Silo, Blending Silo.
 To supervise a team of 250 Chinese and Pakistani Technicians working as a group for Erection, Fabrication, modifications, design and development of Cement Plant.
 To conduct and coordinate monthly basis coordination conferences about the smooth erection of new plant.
 Practical Training on Safety maters necessary for safe and sound erection environment.
 Performed duties as Shift In-charge (Mechanical) to ensure the smooth running of Cement plant.

Hattar Project

 One Year Practical training on Maintenance and Fabrication of Kiln, Clinker Cooler, CF Silo, Blending Silo.
 Design and Development of different types of modifications necessary for ease and effective production of cement.
 To supervise a team of technicians working as a group for fabrication, modifications, design and development of running plant for smooth running and increase the production.
 Practical Training on Safety maters necessary for safe and sound production environment
