IT &network Support engineer
As an IT Support eng, my role varies from supporting the end users to maintaining the servers and systems in the CALICUT INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. My day to day activities include the following:
••• Assists users with software and hardware queries, investigates problems and Configuring and resolving network
issues including login, printing, installation and electronic mail in every computers include servers with or without remote assistance.
••• Configure the server with AD installation, group policy maintaining for network include network printers and scanners ect..
•••••••Configuring and maintaining outlook in client PC s .. With exchange server..
•••••••••• Ensure the systems are secure with firewall and virus free by configuring Antivirus.
•• Perform other tasks delegated by the department head
